Step On Cancer with your Suits and Sneakers is a fundraiser for the Relay For Life of Natchitoches Parish. There are a lot of businesses in the Natchitoches area that want to help make a difference in the fight against cancer but simply do not have the time or employees. Well, this is the perfect opportunity! You and your employees simply donate your shoe size. For instance, if you wear a size 6 shoe, you would donate $6.00. Checks can be made payable to the American Cancer Society. Last year, thanks to the funds raised by the Relay For Life event, we were able to serve over 40 cancer patients who live in our parish with free services. If you are already a member of a team and still want to participate in this fundraiser, it will count towards your team income. Make sure to join us at Relay For Life of Natchitoches Parish on April 22, 2016 at the NSU Tailgate Field. The event will kick off at 6:00 p.m. and end at 2:00 a.m. There will be live entertainment, food, and fun for the whole family.
