Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Deputies responded to 116 Marshal Street in Campti June 17 at 11:59 a.m. after an elderly female contacted the 911 Center. She was locked in her residence and was unable to unlock the front door.

Deputies were unable to locate the female, but other deputies working in the area were familiar with the lady and informed the responding deputy to check a residence in the 100 block of Bayou Street in Campti.
Deputies responded and found the 84-year-old senior citizen at her daughter’s residence where they were able to free the door and assist her.
Mrs. Clark was extremely grateful for the NPSO assistance.
