Northwestern State University’s Office of Electronic and Continuing Education will an Introduction to Sign Language course beginning Tuesday, Sept. 13. The class will be held each Tuesday evening from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. through Nov. 15 in Room 320 of the Friedman Student Union.
This course will introduce participants to the varying levels of communication within the deaf world. From general signing of words to finger spelling. This course is designed to broaden the understanding of those who live in a world of silence.
