Is your dog microchipped? If not, come out to the Natchitoches Humane Society’s Bath, Chip and Clip event Saturday, Sept. 17 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m at Tractor Supply on South Drive. Anyone who has lost their pet for even a short period of time can understand the worry in trying to locate their furbaby. Microchipping provides a quick way of finding your lost pet.  Local Vet will administer microchips for only $30. After you have your pet microchipped you can have him or her bathed. Baths for dogs over 40 pounds are $10 and baths for dogs under 40 pounds are $5. Nail clipping is $5.
