Parish President Rick Nowlin and Councilman Russell Rachal will speak at an Old Tyme Town Hall Meeting at the Marthaville Heritage Building on Tuesday, November 1 at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the upcoming road tax initiatives. Local residents from seven different local roads will round out the panel. Fuzzy Hennigan will moderate the event. The public is invited to attend.
