Natchitoches Regional Medical Center congrats Dr. Phyllis Mason, Chief Medical Officer for obtaining her graduate degree last night in Tyler Texas. Dr. Mason obtained a Masters Degree of Public Health with an emphasis in management from the University of Texas at Tyler, finishing #1 in her Graduate Class.
