Carissa Lynn Davis, a teacher at the Natchitoches Magnet School, was selected as the Louisiana DARE Educator of the Year at the 26th Annual State DARE Conference in Shreveport. Davis was nominated by NPSO Youth Services Division Chief Wendy Llorens.
