Dr. William Luster contributed to the 2017 Wings Over Natchitoches airshow, which wouldn’t be possible each year if it weren’t for the generous support the organization receives from local sponsors. Dr. Luster is a local pilot and certified aviation medical examiner. It’s because of these qualifications that he is the designated official physician for Wings Over Natchitoches.
