The Natchitoches Knights of Columbus will conduct its Annual Tootsie Roll Drive Oct. 21-22. Members wearing red and yellow vests will be handing out free Tootsie Rolls. They will be positioned in front of Walmart and both Brookshires stores Saturday and Catholic Churches on Sunday.
This is a national drive to raise funds for the mentally handicapped. All monies collected will remain in Natchitoches helping to support NARC (Natchitoches Association of Retard Citizens) and Special Olympics. While the Tootsie Rolls are free, any donation, large or small, is appreciated.
