The highlight of the City Council meeting Monday night was the presentation of Miss Merry Christmas, Makenzie Methvin, and her Christmas Belles: Lauren Vienne, Erica Hubbs, Katelyn Yopp, Brooklyn Hampton, Makenzie Morgan, and Hope Rachal.
