The City of Natchitoches issued a boil advisory today, Jan. 4, for Water District 1, which includes anyone on Water District 1 water that lives outside the city limits. This advisory was issued due to the recent cold weather events and the resulting low pressure.
This notice does NOT include the City of Natchitoches!
Water District 2 is NOT included in this notice.
It will be in effect until further notice.
See Notice from Yesterday – Wednesday
Residents asked to bear with low pressure until water tanks can replenish

Does that include oak grove
I called the City Utility Department. The number is 357-3880 if you would like to verify information. I was told this Advisory includes ALL areas outside the city limits.
Water district is not designated on the bill.
Is Hwy 6 going toward the Grand Ecore bridge in water district 1?
Is there a map of the water districts? I’m not sure what district I live in.
All the customers on water district 1 that live OUTSIDE the City Limits of Natchitoches
So EVERYONE that lives outside city limits? If not, then what areas are covered by water district 1???
The street I live on in my subdivision is considered outside city limits but there are streets in my subdivision that are inside. Don’t know what district I’m in.
Check your water bill?
Has the boil advisory been lifted yet?
