FUMC invites public to visit its Fall Market

Evelyn Evans and Libby Kirkland invite shoppers to come get all their shopping done for the upcoming holiday season at the First United Methodist Church’s Fall Market. Doors open this Saturday, Sept. 29 at 10 am. Lunch will be served from 11 am until it’s all gone at noon. Items include pickles, cookies, cakes and jellies, jewelry crafts, ceramic nativities, pumpkins and more. There will also be many lightly used novels for sale in addition to many children’s books. Pick up a new signed copy of “Come Back Jack,” illustrated by Natchitoches resident Ellen Gaddis Howell for $10. Stay for a Chicken and Spaghetti lunch served by Methodist Men for $10 ($5 for children). Doors open this Saturday, Sept. 29 at 10 am. Lunch will be served from 11 am until it’s all gone at noon. Items include pickles, cookies, cakes and jellies, jewelry crafts, ceramic nativities, pumpkins and more. A large percentage of all sales goes to Missions, Cane River Food Pantry, and beyond.
