Natchitoches Jr. High’s JAG Program installs new officers

Natchitoches Junior High School’s JAG Program held its 3rd annual Initiation & Installation Ceremony on Sept. 24. Members were sworn in by Judge Dyess and the Keynote speaker was Mayor Lee Posey.

Natchitoches Junior High School JAG Career Association is proud to announce their newly elected officer for 2018-2019: Joe Duirden, President; Maleek McNeal, Vice President; Taylor Toussaint, Secretary; Alvin Adams, Historian; Caiden Baines, Treasurer; and Lyfe Daniel, Representative.

The election was held Sept. 20. The purpose of the Career Association is to provide opportunities for JAG student to develop and demonstrate JAG career development competencies. In addition, the Career Association creates the structure for the JAG family. The family atmosphere is what allows students to feel a connection to school and to their JAG peers.
