The Historic District Business Association (HDBA) thanks everyone who participated in the Annual Crows on the Cane Scarecrow Contest! Local businesses, organizations and schools entered their artistic masterpieces, which then decorated Front Street.
There was a tie for 1st place this year:
1st – Girl Scout Troop 546 and the Natchitoches Historic Foundation
2nd – City of Natchitoches
Dawn Wells and Kelly Savell organized this wonderful event.

Where is the Girl Scouts Troop 546 scarecrow? It is right beside the Fort’s scarecrow (which there is a picture of). Shouldn’t have missed it.
