Celebrity Chef Lidia Bastianich is an Emmy award-winning television host, best-selling cookbook author, and restaurateur who travels across the United States in celebration of culture through food. Natchitoches was chosen as one of those stops, spotlighting Creole food and culture on Cane River. The Creole Heritage Center would like for you to share in the excitement of the premiere air date.
