  1. Dear “Concerned” ….. There are many types of abuse. Whether or not someone is in a wheelchair isn’t really a factor. Emotional, verbal, and psychological abuse don’t leave visible wounds, but they can do just as much damage.

  2. I don’t know how either one copes with all the stress in their life.
I pray to God she is out of jail and with her family by now. Don’t judge until you have walked in their shoes. They are both good people. 💕 💕 God Bless them.

  3. So, the wife takes the rap and the assistant DA gets off scott free. That’s Natchitoches for you. Anyone else would have had bail set and been out to spend the Holliday with loved ones. Someone trying to send a message? Smells like fish to me.

    • That’s usually how that goes. The man has consistently beat her up for years, and eventually everyone has a tipping point. I talked to this woman earlier in the day and she was extremely upset and afraid to go home around him. She said that she was trying to keep him alive but his way of thanking her was to consistently brutalized her. I’ve been in that situation and there’s no way to win. Get the real story and rethink who half be on the other side of those doors! Abusers are protected by their positions, friends and the shame and silenced REAL VICTIM! THAT woman has gone through silent domestic violence for so long and now that she’s had enough of a bully, she needs a medal not jail time!

    • He’s beat her continuously every chance he can. He needs to be exposed for what he is. And then prosecute the truly guilty party, because it’s not her!!!

    • That woman had been a afraid, he beats her on a near daily basis, so at some point she finally snapped. I’m sure they just look away on the many times she been beating. And it has been observed. Put him in there on all the abuse, and he would finally be where he belongs!
