Miss Caroline C. Bishop was selected from applicants throughout northwest Louisiana as the recipient of the 2019 Michael J. Penn Memorial Scholarship. Miss Bishop received a $1,000 scholarship to assist in funding her education at Louisiana Tech University where she will be majoring in Construction Engineering Technology. Miss Bishop graduated from Natchitoches Central High School this year and was a National Honor Society member.
