A Love Fund has been established at BOM Bank for the River of Life Church in Goldonna, Louisiana. The church suffered major damage due to a storm that moved through the area in the early morning hours of Monday, June 24th. The left side of the roof was ripped off as well as a handicapped ramp used for the small congregation. The left side of the interior ceiling also suffered major damage. The church has been a part of the Goldonna community for around 40 years.
The church was able to hold Sunday Services this past Sunday despite the building being badly damaged.
“Our church has a lot to grateful for. No one was injured during the storm. The community came out Monday and helped us clean up the debris outside, tarp the roof and they showed us a lot of love that day,” said Pastor George Procell.
