Natchitoches Central will hold Veterans Day Program, breakfast included

Natchitoches Central High School’s JROTC Program will hold a Veterans Day Program on Monday, Nov. 11. A complimentary breakfast will be provided to Veterans at 9 am in the school’s cafeteria and the formal program will begin at 10 am in the gym. Veterans will walk in behind their branch flag to their branch song.

“Every year Natchitoches Central’s JROTC hosts the Veterans Day Program and this year’s theme is Unity, Coming Together as One,” said Cadet Battalion Commander Ja’Claire Queen.

This year’s guest speaker is Master Sergeant, Retired Scott Stetson, former Army Ranger.

“It would be an honor to have our Veterans who have served our country for a number of years at our program,” said Queen. “So if any Veterans and their family members are interested in attending, they can RSVP by calling the JROTC Department at 318-352-9656.”

All Veterans will be recognized during the ceremony so provide your name, military branch and any deployments, campaigns or wars you’ve participated in when you call to RSVP.
