Rhodes Properties and Development and Rhodes Realty were excited to be the Title Sponsors for the inaugural Natchitoches Home and Garden Expo held on Feb. 29. The Home and Garden Expo, a project of the Natchitoches Chamber of Commerce, featured over 50 exhibitors, ranging from real estate professionals, to insurance agents, home repair companies, lawn equipment dealers, banks and many others.

“The home and garden expo was a great event for the city,” said Justin Rhodes. “We were glad to be involved in the planning and implementation and we’re already looking forward to next year!”

The Rhodes booth featured plank walls, comfortable furniture and a sign with their slogan, “All Rhodes Lead Home. There were displays for a few of Rhodes’ developed subdivisions on display with details and pricing on different listings in and around the Natchitoches area. Agents and staff members served up mimosas, which were a huge hit, and raffled a 50” TV which had over 120 entries. The lucky winner was Mary Watts.

“Preparing and setting up for the expo was a team effort. It was super fun working together and brainstorming with everyone. The best part was seeing it all come together, and the hard work paying off which resulted in winning first place for the Best Booth”- Mario Fox

Over 500 people came to the event for a chance to meet with firms covering the gamut of home ownership and community life all in one convenient place.

“We have so many great businesses here in Natchitoches,” said Rhodes. “The expo was a great way for us all to showcase our businesses to the Natchitoches community. As well a way for Natchitoches residents to see all the resources offered here locally.”
