EPICTOUCH: Discontining TV Service

Thank you for choosing EPICTOUCH.  We sincerely appreciate your business.  As your local provider, EPICTOUCH remains committed to offering quality, affordable solutions for your home and/or business.  With that said, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue offering TV service, effective December 1, 2020.

What is changing?
Over time, certain equipment manufacturers no longer support or simply cannot keep up with industry changes, which means that technology can become obsolete.  Because of this, the TV service we provide you has become limited and enhancing those services is not feasible.

For those reasons, we will discontinue our existing TV services on December 1, 2020.

Note, this will have no impact to your internet and/or phone service provided by EPICTOUCH.

 You can keep the same, great quality and customer support for those services from EPICTOUCH.

What do I need to do?
There are several alternative solutions available to fulfill your television needs.  Please give our office a call at 318-352-006 for our recommendations.

What do I do with my EPICTOUCH TV Service & Equipment?  
Please call us at 318-352-0006 to disconnect your EPICTOUCH TV Service. Instructions will be provided by our CSR’s on what to do with your TV equipment.  If no action is taken by December 1, 2020 your TV service will be disconnected.
