Robert Owsley, Judge Elect of Natchitoches City Court, sworn in

Robert Owsley, Judge Elect of Natchitoches City Court, was sworn in Tuesday afternoon December 15, 2020. Natchitoches Parish Clerk of Court David Stamey swore in Mr. Owsley along with the new City Court Clerk, Shenita Goston, at the City Court building in front of family and Friends.

They both take office January 1, 2021. Owsley thanked his family, supporters and Judge Fred Gahagan, whose place he takes in January. Judge Gahagan has served the Natchitoches community for 36 years as City Court Judge. Owsley was elected November 3, 2020, part of the Presidential Election.
