A Petition for Injunctive Relief and Temporary Restraining Order was filed Thursday, June 3, 2021 in the 10th Judicial District Court, Natchitoches Parish.
Randall Hennigan, “Plaintiff”, in his capacity as a taxpayer for the community of Marthaville, Louisiana, on behalf of himself and others similarly situated, asked the Court to issue a Preliminary Injunction and a Temporary Restraining Order thereby halting any vote on the consolidated districts by the NPSB.
A 10th Judicial District Judge signed and granted the request at 2:39 PM. June 3, 2021.
