Related to a major water line repair on Jefferson Street, University Parkway’s westbound lane is closed to traffic between Jefferson Street and Second Street. Detour around this area and drive carefully when nearby as this space will be a construction site for the next few days. If construction around the road goes well, the City will be able to re-open this portion of University Parkway early next week. The City genuinely regrets any inconvenience this repair may cause.
