The location for the Natchitoches Parish School Board Committee Meeting, scheduled for Thursday, March 6 at 5 p.m. will be moved to Natchitoches Jr. High-Frankie Ray Jackson. Immediately following the committee meeting, at 6 p.m., there will be a Town Hall Meeting to discuss a new district proposal that involves the re-banding of city schools.
This is a critical opportunity for stakeholders, including parents, educators, and community members, to gain insights and ask questions regarding the proposal that will shape the district’s future.
To ensure transparency and informed discussions, NPSB encourages community members to review the district proposal document prior to the meeting (SEE DOCUMENT BELOW).
A final decision on the district proposal will be determined by the end of March 2025.
