The Natchitoches Parish School Board (NPSB) announced the rescheduling of its March board meeting to Thursday, March 13 at 5 p.m. at the Central Office on Royal Street. The meeting, which will follow up on the committee meeting and town hall meeting to follow on March 6, will provide an additional opportunity for public engagement regarding the proposed re-banding of city schools. A critical juncture for stakeholders, parents, educators, and community members are encouraged to attend to gain insights and provide feedback.
To ensure transparency and informed discussions, NPSB encourages community members to review the district proposal document prior to the meeting (SEE DOCUMENT BELOW).
A final decision on the district proposal is expected by the end of March 2025.
