Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Deputies and Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection District #6 responded to NATCOM 911 Center reports of a mobile home fire on March 17 around 3:14 am in the 700 block of La. Hwy 504 in Oak Grove near Natchitoches according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Units arrived on scene finding flames coming through the roof.

Natchitoches Regional Medical Center was dispatched to the scene to check some of the occupants of the home for possible smoke inhalation, however, no one was transported.

Swepco was contacted to cut the power.

The mobile home was a total loss.

Fire District #6 remained on scene for over 2 hours.
