Natchitoches Regional Medical Center has announced its latest Quarterly Excellence Award recipients, recognizing employees who demonstrate exceptional care and service.
Honorees include Victoria Trichel (Admitting), Tia Leach (Orthopedics), Jameka Salgado (OBGYN Associates), Ayla Bamburg (Laboratory), and Keara Smith (Hyperbarics), along with Stephen Bryan (IS), Tana Penrod (Orthopedics), Ashley Bruce (Radiation Oncology), April Martin (Radiology), Myah Williams (OBGYN Associates), and Eric Keel (EMS).
Hospital officials said the recipients were selected for their dedication, compassion and commitment to excellence, noting their positive impact on both coworkers and the patients and families they serve.
The recognition highlights employees across multiple departments who contribute to the hospital’s mission of delivering quality healthcare in the community.
