Natchitoches Parish 4-H recently celebrated Mimi Stoker, a 2026 Louisiana 4-H Hall of Fame inductee. Stoker is a lifelong 4-H supporter, a member of the Natchitoches Parish Foundation, a dedicated volunteer and a tremendous asset to the organization. Natchitoches Parish 4-H shared its pride in Stoker and celebrated the recognition.
