Brandi “Bebe” Carpenter has withdrawn from the Natchitoches Parish School Board District 11 race, according to the latest candidate information from the Louisiana Secretary of State.

Carpenter qualified Aug. 7 as a Democrat for the District 11 seat. Her withdrawal leaves Dane Terrell as the only remaining candidate in the race.

Terrell qualified Aug. 5 as a Democrat.
