The City of Natchitoches has lifted the boil advisory previously issued for areas of West Natchitoches affected by the recent water outage.

Following required testing and confirmation that the water supply meets all applicable safety standards, residents and businesses in the affected areas may resume normal water use. Boiling water before consumption is no longer necessary.

The City of Natchitoches thanks residents and businesses for their patience and cooperation throughout the advisory. The City also extends its appreciation to the employees and crews who worked diligently to restore service and ensure the safety of the community’s water system.
