A commercial vehicle overturned on Sept. 11 at approximately 5 p.m. on U.S. 71/84 near the Natchitoches-Red River Parish line, according to the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office. Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s deputies and Natchitoches Parish Fire Protection District #9 were on the scene.

No injuries were reported. The road was partially blocked, and Natchitoches Haz-Mat was responding due to diesel spilling from a fuel tank on the vehicle.

Louisiana State Police, Troop E-Alexandria, was notified.
