Students at Lakeview Jr. & Sr. High School were dismissed early Wednesday, October 21, due to a water outage in the City of Campti, according to the Natchitoches Parish School Board.

The school district announced that students would be dismissed at 10:30 a.m. because of the outage.

School buses were released, and students who drove themselves to school were permitted to leave. Parents and guardians were asked to make arrangements to pick up students who required transportation as soon as possible.

The Natchitoches Parish School Board stated that an update regarding classes on Thursday would be provided as soon as additional information became available.
