For more than 40 years, Mrs. Adrienne Theus faithfully served the Natchitoches Parish School Board as our Information Systems Coordinator, becoming the longest-serving employee at our Central Office. She was an integral part of our district, a trusted colleague, a dear friend and a quiet force behind so much of what we do. It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Mrs. Theus.
Throughout her decades of service, Mrs. Theus demonstrated an unwavering commitment to the students and staff of Natchitoches Parish. As Superintendent Dr. Grant Eloi shared, she was kind, hardworking and completely dedicated to the children of our parish. She never sought recognition; she simply showed up each day, went above and beyond, and always made sure the best interests of our students came first.
We are incredibly grateful for the more than four decades Mrs. Theus gave to NPSB. Our district was better because of her, and her absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing and working alongside her.
We will be sharing heartfelt messages and memories from district leaders and colleagues who worked closest with Mrs. Theus in the comments below, offering a glimpse into the special relationships they shared and the impact she made on those around her. We also invite you to share your own memories, kind words or a message you would like her family, friends and colleagues to see.
Thank you, Mrs. Theus, for more than 40 years of dedication, friendship and service to Natchitoches Parish Schools. Your impact will never be forgotten, and your legacy will live on in the district you helped shape
