Bayou Amulet, circa 1850s (202 Rue Poete)–This elegant home is currently a private residence, but was formerly a Bed & Breakfast.  Christmas collections the current owners have gathered over many years, and traditional seasonal decorations make the home a “must see” for the holidays.

Good House, circa 1930 (314 Rue Poete)–Completely restored in 2013, the Good House is a lovely blend of historic charm and traditional sophistication. Now operated as a Bed and Breakfast in the historic district, the house has hidden charms shared by knowledgeable docents as they highlight period Christmas decorations and traditions of current and former owners.

Laureate House, circa 1840 (225 Rue Poete)–Laureate is a beautiful example of a small townhouse from the mid-19th century.  A quaint garden surrounds the period structure decorated at Christmas with natural elements, reflecting the period.  Docents will share the story of the home, entertaining guests with activities taking place in the home across nearly two centuries.
