The Natchitoches Police Department received a 911 transfer from the Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office Dec. 13 just before noon advising that they received a bomb threat at Walmart Super Center on Keyser Avenue. NPD officers responded and checked the premises with management. No device was located during the search and the business was reopened. This incident is being investigated by the NPD Criminal Investigation Division.
