The vacant lot at the Williams Ave. end of the Church St. Bridge was transformed into a living Nativity Scene Dec. 17. Several hundred people enjoyed traditional Christmas cider, live music and scenes of the Holy Family, the three wise man and shepherds. This year’s manger included lambs, goats and donkeys who were quite a hit with the younger set who were able to hold them and help feed them after the production. The evening culminated with the children’s group dressed as shepherds singing carols for the crowd.
