Natchitoches Queens Pageant’s 2018 Miss City of Lights Outstanding Teen, Regan Davis, and Natchitoches Christmas Belle Hope Rachal had an amazing time visiting with the residents at Natchitoches Assisted Living. Some of the residents made 50 hats to donate to Little Hats, Big Hearts.
